I’m a Personal Strategist with decades of experience across corporate growth, brand leadership, investing, and board-level advisory work.
My career spans senior roles in high-street retail and brand-led growth businesses, including Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, Arcadia, and the Burton Group, followed by years working with founders, entrepreneurs, and leadership teams navigating change, growth, or reinvention.
I’m known for being calm, direct, and grounded — able to cut through noise quickly, get to the heart of what’s really going on, and help people make sound decisions without drama or fluff.
Alongside my client work, I’m an angel investor and board advisor to early-stage and scaling businesses, and a trusted connector within entrepreneurial, investor, and leadership circles.
I’m a trained executive coach, but my work goes beyond traditional coaching. Clients value my judgement, pattern recognition, and ability to bring clarity where things feel complex, emotionally charged, or stuck.

My lived experience includes multiple reinventions — professionally and personally.
Following a mid-life clusterfuck combination of menopause, bereavement, cancer, financial pressure, ageing parents, and anxious teenagers, I have real insight into the challenges facing mid-life women and the toll they take.
That experience shapes how I work: with empathy, realism, and an understanding of what it takes to move forward when the path isn’t obvious.
